Memorandum of Understanding

Increased cooperation among organizations comes through a signed Memorandum of Understanding. This MOU gives structure and credibility to a framework for working with other public and private landowners. It does not create financial obligations or right-of-entry access among partners; rather, it is a statement of shared goals and benefits of working together, and it makes possible the sharing of staff or equipment across agency borders.

Interested Parties

Interested Parties are agencies or organizations which typically own and manage land, or which have substantial professional involvement in conservation or land management.
